The Planning and Projects Unit collaborates with the management team to achieve several objectives, including developing and monitoring the annual operational plan, reviewing and updating the department's strategic plan, and working with GDIPC teams on annual operational plans. The unit conducts quarterly follow-ups, and issues progress reports.
