Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Each user is responsible for keeping their username and password secure.

Account Access

Access to the platform is intended only for the registered user. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to an account is prohibited.

Account Validity

Self-registered accounts are provided with a default validity period of 30 days starting from the registration date, unless otherwise extended or modified by the administrator.

Examinations

Users must complete examinations independently and must not attempt to copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse examination content.

Certificates

Certificates may be issued based on participation, completion, evaluation, or administrative approval according to IPC KSA procedures.

Account Suspension

IPC KSA reserves the right to freeze, stop, or restrict an account in cases of misuse, security concerns, policy violations, or unauthorized activity.

Service Availability

IPC KSA may update, maintain, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the platform when necessary for security, maintenance, or service improvement.
